Heart to Home Affordable Surrogacy LLC (“Heart to Home,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through our website, forms, app, communications, and services.
Information We Collect
We may collect:
- Name, age, location, phone number, email address, and relationship or family information
- Family-building goals, matching preferences, clinic information, financial-readiness information, and journey plans
- Gestational Carrier eligibility information, including pregnancy history, health conditions, medications, mental-health history, insurance, lifestyle information, compensation expectations, and journey preferences
- Profiles, messages, photographs, documents, appointment information, and other information you choose to provide
- Purchase, account, device, browser, cookie, and website-usage information
Please do not submit medical records through our website, ordinary email, contact form, or app unless we specifically provide an approved method.
How We Use and Share Information
We use information to review journey readiness, provide services, facilitate matching and communication, process purchases, manage accounts, improve our services, respond to questions, protect our users, and comply with legal obligations.
As reasonably necessary, information may be shared with potential or confirmed matches; clinics, attorneys, insurers, escrow providers, counselors, and other journey professionals; companies providing forms, payment processing, hosting, storage, messaging, analytics, security, or technical support; and government or legal authorities when required by law.
We share profile and journey information for matching only as reasonably necessary for that purpose.
Gestational Carrier Medical Records
Heart to Home does not request that Gestational Carrier medical records be uploaded to or stored electronically within Heart to Home’s website, app, email, devices, or internal systems. When review is necessary, a Gestational Carrier may provide Heart to Home with temporary, view-only access through an approved third-party platform. Heart to Home does not intentionally download, copy, or retain those records.
Gestational Carrier medical records are never provided to Intended Parents. Heart to Home may share general eligibility or clearance status when appropriate, but not the underlying medical records or specific confidential medical details.
Information maintained through a third-party platform is also subject to that provider’s privacy and security practices. Heart to Home is not a healthcare provider, and information provided to us should not be assumed to be protected by HIPAA.
Cookies and Online Tracking
Our services may use cookies, analytics, and similar technologies. Third parties may collect information about online activity over time or across websites. Because browser “Do Not Track” signals are not applied consistently, our services may not respond to them.
Security and Retention
We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain, but no electronic system is completely secure. Information is retained only as reasonably necessary to provide services, maintain records, resolve disputes, protect users, and satisfy legal obligations.
Your Choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information by contacting admin@heart2homesurrogacy.org. Certain information may be retained when reasonably necessary for legal, safety, contractual, or recordkeeping purposes.
Our services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13.
Policy Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
